HybridNeuro at the 55th International Fair of Crafts and Entrepreneurship in Celje, Slovenia (September 13th-17th, 2023)

HybridNeuro demonstrated the power of augmented reality and presented a 3D model of a human body with internal organs, muscles, nervous system and skeletal system at the 55th International Fair of Crafts and Entrepreneurship in Celje, Slovenia. The exhibition was organized in the frame of "Intersection of Science and Economy", prepared by Slovenian Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation, led by Mr. Janez Škrlec.

The virtual human body had installed bionic implants, such as neurostimulators for alleviating motor disorders, electrode arrays for the non-invasive acquisition of surface electromyograms, and a cap for measuring electroencephalograms. Visitors could enjoy the view of the 3D human body through the Microsoft Hololens glasses and interact with body parts in augmented reality to better explore its interior and the functionality of the bionic implants and electrode arrays. Next to the virtual human body, we presented electrodes for the non-invasive acquisition of surface electromyograms and electroencephalograms as well as different apps for recording of electromyogram and electroencephalogram, from objective measurement of rehabilitation to alleviation of pathological tremor symptoms.
